| 摘 要： | 大量的调查研究表明,目前住宅装修中存在着一些不规范的行为,诸如拆墙扩洞、楼面加载和封闭阳台等。对房屋抗震和结构可靠度均有不利影响,严重危及住宅的质量和安全。针对这些情况,分析了其危害性,给出了工程实例,并提出了应对措施。

| Abstract: | Investigation and researches show that there are some irregular behaviors in house decoration such as wall-tearing and hole-enlarging,floor's overweight and closed veranda. And these behaviors have bad influence on house anti-seismic capability and structure reliability,which severely damage house's quality and safety. According to these circumstances, harmfulness with concrete instance of construction is analyzed and measures to solve the problems is giver. |
