高压微波催化合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯

摘    要:以一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂,利用高压微波技术,由对羟基苯甲酸和乙醇快速合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,并对反应各因素对产品收率的影响进行探索.确定了最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比为4:1.催化剂用量为0.4g.微波功率为522W,辐射时间为7min,产品收率为83.0%。

Abstract: The ethyl p-hydroxyl benzoate was synthesized with the technique of high-pressure microwave and sodium bisulfate monohydrate as catalyst. Influence factors on the yield were discussed. The yield was 83% under the optimum reaction conditions:molar ratio of alcohol and acid was 4:1, the amount of catalyst was 0.4g, the power of microwave was 522W, the radiating time of microwave was 7min.
