| Abstract: | In view of the ＂11 five-year＂ plan ＂Energy Conservation and Loss Reduction＂ target issued by central government and China Southern power gird,measures,e.g.power network optimization and operating despatch arrangement are being studying for this target.Through comprehensive technical and economic comparison,optimized scheme is recommended and the result of implementation of this energy-conservation scheme is assessed. |
