| 摘 要： | 透明塑料盒盖注射模采用点浇口进料,脱模机构采用推板推出时,增设引气辅助推出机构,可确保制件顺利脱模。模具定模型腔镶件采用了螺旋式循环冷却方式,动模型芯镶件采用了并行隔片循环冷却方式,模具注射成型后能充分冷却,既缩短了成型周期,又提高了产品质量。

| Abstract: | A point gate was used for feeding in the injection mould for the transparent plastic box lid.A gas-assisted pushing plate was added to the stripper plate to ensure smooth demoulding of the plastic lid part.Augertype circulating cooling method used for the cavity insert of the fixed half of the mould and two parallel rows septa circulating cooling method used for the core insert of the moving half of the mould ensured sufficient cooling of the mould after injection.The moulding cycle was shortened and the product quality was improved. |
