摘    要:分析了中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置存在的主要问题,并提出了解决方案。通过增加新氢压缩机无级调节系统、变频器应用、切削机泵叶轮、原料及产品热直供、多产低压蒸汽、换热流程改造、低温热优化利用以及操作优化等多种措施,成功地将装置综合能耗降低了20%以上。分析了该装置在节能方面存在的缺陷并提出了建议,对同类装置节能降耗具有参考意义。
