摘    要:首先根据客户需求与功能单元之间的相关程度构造模糊相似矩阵,然后以功能模块内的聚合度与功能模块间的分离度作为筛选条件,并把功能单元之间流的关系作为评判划分是否合理的依据;在此基础上,应用遗传算法进行产品模块划分.应用实例表明:该方法是一种高效、通用的功能模块划分方法.

Abstract:In order to meet customers' diversity requirements and to shorten design and assembly time,a function module partition method for product innovative design is proposed.Firstly,the similitude matrix is constructed according to the relativity between customer requirements and function units.Secondly,the partitioned modules are evaluated by internal clustering degree and external detached degree among function units.At the same time,the partitioned modules' validity is judged by three kinds of flows' connections.Thirdly,product function units are partitioned by a modified Genetic Algorithm.Finally,an example is given to show the effectiveness of the approach.
