汽车座椅构件吸能设计研究

摘    要:在汽车碰撞过程中,座椅作为被动安全中的重要组成部分,其吸能能力的大小,是衡量座椅安全性高低的主要因素。通过分析汽车座椅骨架的吸能特性,提出了提高构件吸能能力的概念设计方法,借助有限元分析软件对某型座椅骨架构件进行分析与验证。结果表明:在满足座椅骨架刚度的前提下,最大扭矩下降5%,座椅骨架的吸能效果提高7.74%。

Abstract:Car seat is an important part of the passive safety in the collision process and its ability of energy absorption is the main factor to measure the safety of car seats. A concept design approach of seat structure was presented to achieve better energy absorption by analyzing the energy-absorption ability of seat structure. With the help of FEA, a typical structure was designed and its energy absorption ability was verified. The resuh shows that the maximum torsion is decreased by 5% , and the ability of energy absorption is increased by 7.74% while its stiffness is satisfied the design requirement.
