换流站交流滤波电抗器故障分析

摘    要:通过对某换流站连续发生的两起干式空心串联电抗器故障的分析,发现导致这两起故障发生的直接原因是早期电抗器生产工艺存在缺陷,包封上多处产生了较大的横向穿透性裂缝,雨水进入裂缝内部后造成电抗器电位分布不均匀,在缺陷处发生局部放电造成匝间短路。并提出了防范措施及建议。

Abstract:In this paper,it is found through analysis of two continuous fault of series reactor(with dry-type air-core) at certain power-converting station that the direct reason causing such two faults is the production process defects existed in the earlier stage in manufacturing procedure of the reactor. Uneven potential distribution of reactor is caused by the lateral penetrating crack occurred on many places of envelopment after rain entering into the crack.The partial discharge happened at the defect places,causing inter-turn short circuit.And the preventive measures and suggestions are put forward.
