汽车车架焊接及质量控制

摘    要:大部分皮卡为非承载式车身,非承载式车身的车架被用作汽车各总成(包括发动机、传动系统、悬架、转向、驾驶室、货箱和有关操纵机构)的安装基体。为了保证车架的焊接质量,提出车架的焊接方法、工艺参数、焊接变形及质量控制方法。其中车架多采用CO2保护焊,然而焊接变形在很大程度上影响车架精度,因此,车架质量控制是一个极为重要的目标。

Abstract:Most pickup body is of non bearing body, the frame is used as the mounting substrate of automobile assembly including the engine, transmission, suspension, steering, cab, boxes and related control mechanism. In order to ensure the frame welding quality, the frame welding method, technological parameters, welding deformation and quality control method were put forward. The frame usually adopts CO2 shielded welding, the wehting deformation largely influences frame precision, therefore, the frame quality control is a vetry important target.
