| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了西门子PLC及工控机在油脂分提处理系统中的应用。分别从油脂分提系统的工艺要求、控制系统硬件组态选取与实现功能、结晶罐与压滤机的控制思想策略、上位机管理功能及设置等几方面进行了简单阐述,从设计到应用的角度介绍了PLC、工控机及仪表自动化、变频控制技术、组态软件等技术在油脂分提系统工程中的应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the application of SIEMENS PLC and industrial control computer in the edible oil control system is discussed.This paper introduces from the theory of the edible oil fractionation technology,the selection and application of the control system＇s hardware configuration,the control＇s idea of the crystallizer and the pressure filter,the management function and setting of the upper computer.The technology of the Siemens PLC,the industrial control computer,the frequency converter and the configuration software are introduced from the design and application of perspective in the edible oil fractionation control system. |
