温度补偿偏置电压的预失真处理技术研究

摘    要:设计了一种双功率管互补式预失真功率放大器,并给出了温度补偿偏置电压的具体设计电路. 通过实验证明了该放大器可在20?MHz信号带宽内改善放大器3阶互调指标10?dB,其温度补偿方式可使放大器在温度变化时3阶互调指标的变化保持在±15?dB以内.

Abstract:A kind of predistortion power amplifier by two radio frequency transistors reciprocal compensating was designed. And the temperature compensation circuit was presented. This predistortion power amplifier is verified by many experiments to improve intermodulation distortion(IMD) by 10?dB for a 20?MHz signal bandwidth, and the temperature compensation circuit can maintain IMD change within ±15?dB over the temperature range.
