| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了VAI公司的DYNACS二次冷却模型及其三种铸坯二冷控制方法,并以DYNACS二次冷却模型为开发平台按目标表面温度控制法开发了不同炼钢工艺不同钢种的二次冷却水表,成功应用于生产实践,提高了铸坯质量、满足了生产要求.

| Abstract: | This article introduced the DYNACS second cooling model and three kinds of slab seond cooling models of VAI company,and base on the DYNACS second cooling model platform has developed differents second cooling meters of different steelmaking draft and different steel grade according to the goal surface temperatue control method,and applies to the production practice successfully,improve the slab quality,adapted the production request. |
