| 摘 要： | 主要论述了边缘检测在电脑存储硬盘装配中的末段工序，模拟系统中产品外观检测方面的应用。分析了模板匹配、梯度等方面的算法。根据实际运用的需要。介绍了三种比较常用的边缘检测的方法。在实际运用中实现了产品外观检测的功能。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the edge detection in the simulation system in last assembly of hard disk, analyzed the template matching and the gradient algorithm, and achieved the product testing function of appearance of HD according to three commonly edge detection methods which is introduced by this article. |
