铝合金深冷处理研究概况

摘    要:铝合金的深冷处理工艺主要有快冷、慢冷及循环处理三种。深冷处理后,铝合金的组织和性能通常得到改善,改善程度与合金成分及深冷工艺有关。铝合金的深冷强化机制有别于黑色金属及其合金;目前有位错、亚晶、晶粒转动等理论假说。

Abstract:Abstract:There mainly were three kinds of procedures of deep cryogenic treatment on aluminum alloys, namely, rapid, slow and cyclic cool treatments. The microstructures and properties of aluminum alloys can be generally improved after the treatment, and the improvement was in connection with the composition and cryogenic process of the alloys. The strengthening mechanism of the cryogenic treatment on aluminum alloys was different from one of the ferrous metals and its alloys. It has been proposed that the theoretical assumptions of dislocation whipping, sub grain and grain rotation at the present time.
