摘    要:对现有先焊接为圆管后成型为矩形管的孔型设计方法进行了评述。提出一种新的矩形管孔型设计方法——圆心角互余法。它以矩形管的直线段长边、短边和过渡圆角所对应的管坯弧长在变形过程中的比值保持不变为设计原则 ,在四分之一圆周上使三部分弧长对应的圆心角之和始终互为 90°。该方法设计简单 ,变形参数易于设定和调整 ,且成型精确 ,有利于提高产品的尺寸精度。

Abstract:This article evaluates the pass design method of rectangular pipe formed after welded round pipe -Central angle complementary method. The design principle is based on the rations of long side , short side and transitional angle of rectangular pipe to the corresponding pipe arc are keep the same during the forming, and in 1/4 circumference , the sum of each central angle corresponding to three arcs is always 90 degree. This design method is simple, and easy to enact and adjust forming parameters, the forming is accurately and the product dimensional precision is improved.
