纳米材料对水性涂层表面张力的影响

摘    要:重点选用了4种纳米材料分别添加到水性伪装涂料中制备成纳米伪装涂料,利用OCA15+视频光学接触角测量仪对不同种类及其用量的纳米伪装涂料进行表面张力和接触角(混凝土和钢板)试验,得到了提高涂料伪装效果、降低涂料表面张力和接触角效果最优的纳米材料及其用量。针对上面的分析,研究了伪装涂料在使用时出现的几种弊病的形成过程,结果表明这些弊病出现的一个共同原因是涂料表面张力过大。为了克服这些缺陷对目标伪装效果的影响,通过添加纳米材料来降低传统伪装涂料的表面张力是解决这些问题的有效手段。

Abstract:4 kinds of nano-materials were selected to be added into waterborne camouflage coatings respectively,formulating nano camouflage coatings.The surface tensions and contact angles(on concrete and steel) of coatings were tested by use the OCA15+video optics contact angle measure apparatus.The optimum nano-material and its concentration to improve the camouflage effect and reduce the surface tension and contact angle of coatings were obtained.Based on the above analysis,the forming mechanism of film defects of ...
