冰蓄冷空调技术应用于北京某工程的经济性分析

摘    要:为了分析冰蓄冷空调系统的综合经济性,首先运用DeST软件对北京某建筑空调负荷进行动态模拟计算,在此基础上为设备选型。然后用Matlab和Lingo软件进行优化,对其运行经济性进行分析。最后以该建筑为实例进行分析计算,得到其空调季的运行费用和初投资,并与常规空调系统进行对比。计算结果表明,采用冰蓄冷技术可以节省运行费用30%以上,投资回收期为1.73年,冰蓄冷技术在北京地区具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:In order to analyze the comprehensive economy of ice storage air-conditioning system, firstly, calculates the air-conditioning cooling load of one building in Beijing by DeST, and selects the equipment based on it. Then, analyzes the operation economy by Matlab and Lingo. Finally, according to the building in Beijing, obtains its running cost. By comparing the results between the ice storage system and the conventional system, saves above 30% of running cost by ice storage system, and takes back the increased initial investment in 1.73 years, which has wide developmental outlook in Beijing area.
