吐哈油田煤层钻井液技术

摘    要:在分析吐哈油田煤层井壁不稳定原因的基础上,提出了煤层的钻井液技术要求和对策为:①合理的钻井液密度;②有效封堵和优良的造壁性;③较好的抑制性;④合理的流变性;⑤良好的润滑性;⑥适当的pH值;⑦优良的热稳定性。根据煤层的要求和特点,经过大量的室内试验,优选出3套强封堵抑制性聚磺钻井液配方。经东深1井现场应用证明,使用该钻井液配方,在钻井中无大量掉块和坍塌现象,起下钻无阻卡,井径规则,完井固井作业顺利,适应煤层钻井的需要。

Abstract:Serious hole instability problem was found in the coal beds of Turpan-Hami oil field. The mechanism and countermeasures of wellbore instability are discussed in detail. 3 Optimized mud compositions are given. It is shown these muds possess good sealing and inhibitive properties, and can satisfy the demand of drilling operations.
