The developmental opportunities of human geography and urban & rural planning under the disciplines and specialties adjustment

In recent years, the disciplines of urban & rural planning and human geography experienced several adjustments, which are in consistent with the trends of enhancing the theoretical and comprehensive study in the discipline of urban & rural planning and strengthening the professional skills in the discipline of human geography. These adjustments bring good opportunities to the development of new majors by clarifying the coverage of majors, the interdisciplinary relationships and the training direction.
