摘    要:采用压阻式全桥型腹带式微型呼吸传感器检测人体的呼吸信号,研制基于慢呼吸训练的高血压治疗系统,以单片机AT89C51为核心,用全速USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12实现单片机与计算机之问的通信;采用Microsoft Visual C++6.0编写上位机软件,根据生物信息反馈原理设计以呼吸信号为反馈生理量的慢呼吸引导算法,以直观的音乐信号和进度条指示受试者进行呼气和吸气。进行了志愿者实验,结果表明:本系统能够有效地引导受试者进行慢呼吸训练,受试者血压下降较为显著。

Abstract:A novel hypertension therapeutic system using abdominal-bandage micro-breathing sensor for human respiratory signal detection is developed on the basis of slow-breath training mechanism.The system takes singlechip microcomputer AT89C51 as core processor that communicates with PC via full-speed interface chip PDIUSBD12 and is programmed by Microsoft Visual C++6.0 according to slow-breath guided algorithm in which the respiratory signal serves as feedback physiological parameter.The inhalation and exhalation of the subject is directed by straightforward music signal.The primary experiment indicates that the system instructs the subject to perform slow-breath training and is responsible for the evident decrease in blood pressure.
