摘    要:知识经济是以人的知识为基础,以人的智力为资源的经济,“以人为本”是现代图书馆管理的核心,“尊重人才、重视人才、鼓励创新”成为现代图书馆管理的基本理念。树立“以人为本”的理念是社会主义精神文明建设的需要,是新形式下图书馆的服务宗旨,图书馆要实现“以人为本”的管理体制,努力完善各项服务。

Abstract:Information economy is based on human's knowledge and intelligence. Humanism is the core of modern library management. To respect and value intellectuals and to encourage innovation have become a basic notion in library management. To set up the idea of humanism will meet the requirements of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It is the service purpose of the library. The library must establish the management system of humanism and improve all kinds of services.
