摘    要:利用有限元软件ALGORFEAS构建出具有复杂截面几何特性的钻头三维有限元模型。与以往将钻头看作均匀等截面圆柱体而忽略了螺旋槽和头部锥面的钻头模型相比 ,该有限元模型更接近于钻头的真实形状 ,更有利于对钻削过程中钻头的动力学特性进行深入研究。

Abstract:The 3D finite element model of twist drills with complex geometry properties is constructed using FE soft ALGOR FEAS. Comparing with previous drill models in which the drill is assumed as a column with constant cross section and drill's helix and conical face near drill point are neglected, the FE model is more approaching to the true drill and is of advantage for the investigation on dynamic characteristics of the drill in drilling.
