| 摘 要： | SFS复合材料利用两层纺粘布保护中间的防水透湿膜，弥补了膜强力不足的缺陷；利用膜的防水性、阻隔能力赋予材料防水透湿性能、阻隔性能。文章介绍了SFS医用防护服复合材料的制作过程，讨论了材料的选择，重点研究了涂膜过程和工艺，并且检测了一次性医用防护服的各种指标，分析了防护服的各种性能。

| Abstract: | A SFS composite material is a three-layer laminate with a waterproof moisture-permeable film sandwiched between two spun-bonded layers. While the film offering waterproof and barrier functions, the two outside layers offer strength to the composite. The article introduces the manufacturing process of SFS composite material for medical protective wear, discusses how to select raw materials and makes a close study of the film-coating process. Disposable medical wear made of such composite material are tested and various properties of the protective wear are analyzed. |
