摘    要:综述了近年来CO气相催化偶联合成草酸酯的研究进展,重点从催化剂、工艺条件(包括原料气组成、反应条件和亚硝酸甲酯的再生条件)等方面进行了阐述,讨论了催化剂的制备条件和工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响;介绍了CO气相催化偶联合成草酸酯的动力学和反应机理的研究进展。目前CO气相催化偶联合成草酸酯的工艺基本成熟,具备了工业化应用的基础,具有很好的发展前景。但是仍需要对高性能催化剂的研制和工艺条件的优化进行深入研究,以加快工业化进程。

Abstract:Progress in research of oxalate synthesis by gas phase catalytic coupling of CO was reviewed.Effects of catalyst preparation conditions and process conditions on catalyst performance were discussed.Emphasis was focused on catalysts preparation,process technology including composition of feed gas,reaction conditions and regeneration of involved methyl nitrite.Kinetics and mechanism of oxalate synthesis by gas phase catalytic coupling of CO were illuminated in detail.From information up to date,the process is feasible and mature for industrializaiton.More effort should be further emphasized on catalyst research and optimization of process.
