高能激光束对材料表层快速凝固组织及性能影响的研究进展

摘    要:高能密度激光束作用于金属材料表面将使材料表层组织及后续使用性能发生巨大改变.本文综述了激光处理对改性材料表层组织主要是激光熔凝、激光熔覆过程中得到的非平衡快速凝固组织及性能的影响,并对该领域的研究进行了展望.

Abstract:The surface structure of the metal and its following applying properties would change greatly after being treated by high energy density laser.In this paper,the effects of high energy laser on the material surface structure and properties especially the non-equilibrium rapid solidification structure obtained by laser melting and laser cladding were reviewed,and the prospects in this research field were pointed out.
