| Abstract: | With the changes of the system and mechanism , the orientation and target of transformation enterprise have been changed. In order to constantly adapt to the enterprise development needs, effectively enhance enterprise competitiveness and realize the transfor- mation spanning development of enterprise, so that we must remodel and create new type enterprise culture, take enterprise cultural power as the leader, strengthen the cohesive force of enterprise strategic objective, the driving force of value pursuit, the growth force of mechanism innovation, the lifting force of scientific and technological innovation, and the collaborative force of harmonious atmosphere. |
