摘    要:目前测定食品中铅、铜常用原子吸收法.本文提出用电位溶出法同时测定茶叶中的铅、铜.该方法仪器设备简单,容易普及推广,它通过电积富集,把低浓度的离子富集,提高了灵敏度.样品经过湿法消化,适当稀释可直接测定,本法可同时测定茶叶中的铅、铜含量,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,具有很好的实用性.

Abstract:At present determine the lead, the copper in food commonly used atom absorption law. This article proposed dissolves at the same time the law with the electric potential to determine the lead, the copper in the tea. This method instrumentation equipment simple, and easy to popularize the promotion, it concentrates through the electrodeposition, concentrated the low density ion, enhanced the sensitivity. The sample after the aqueous method digestion, the suitable dilution might the immediate determinant, this law be possible at the same time to determine in the tea the lead, the copper content, the method simple, fast, the sensitivity high, reappears the nature to be good, very good usability.
