| 摘 要： | 水文自动测报技术是防洪非工程措施，它具有传递信息快捷、准确、实时性强等优点．昌江流域水文自动测报系统的建成，提前预见了洪水的发生，赢得了更多的抗洪时间，减少洪水损失，避免更大的人员伤亡，为景德镇市的防洪减灾起到了重要的作用．

| Abstract: | The hydrology automatic surveying and forecast technique is a non engineering measure of flood control.It has features of rapid and accurate transmiting messages and strong real time.Since the hydrology automatic surveying and forecast system of Changjiang basin was founded,the appearance of flood is forecasted in advance and the time of flood control is more enough.The loss of flood reduced.It make an importance for the flood control of Jingdezhen city. |
