摘    要:以改善常用絮凝剂对四川石油局某井场天然气钻井废水中COD的去除效果为目的 ,研究了在碱式氯化铝中引入SO2 -4 改进其絮凝性能的工艺条件。结果表明 ,改性过程中 ,Al3 + SO2 -4 和OH- Al3 +的最佳摩尔比分别是 10~ 15∶1和 (0 .5 0~ 0 .70 )∶1,适宜的改性时间和改性温度分别是 2h和 40℃。改性产品与市售聚合氯化铝相比 ,可在较少的投加量时达到较高的COD去除率

Abstract:In order to get better flocculating agents for treatment of Sichuan Gas well drilling wastewater, the technologic conditions for introducing SO 2- 4 into the molecular structure of poly aluminium chloride(PAC) were studied. The results show that the optimal mol ratio of Al 3+ /SO 2- 4 and OH - /Al 3+ are 1510 and (0.50.7)∶1 respectively, reaction time 2 h and reaction temperature 40 ℃. The COD removal of this modified PAC is higher and the amount used is less than thosoe of the selling PAC respectively.
