交变载荷作用下埋地天然气管道受力特性

摘    要:以三维有限元模型模拟埋地天然气管道在内压波动和交通外载等交变载荷作用下的管道应变及应力变化情况,内压波动采用三角波进行模拟,交通载荷以移动形式作用于管道上方,并以矩形面源载荷进行处理。结果表明:当移动载荷作用在管顶上方时,管顶竖向位移变化较为显著,对管侧应变的影响最大,而对管顶和管底应变的影响较小;随着管道内压的波动,管道各点应变也相应变化,在内压最大时管道的总应变达到最大值,管顶和管侧竖向位移则最小,管侧竖向位移变化幅度明显小于管顶。

Abstract:The simulation of stress of underground natural gas pipelines shows that the moving loads exerting on pipeline top have a significant influence on the vertical displacement of pipeline top and a less effect on the stress of pipeline top and bottom, and the stress of the pipeline at different sites varies with the fluctuation of internal gas pressure as well.
