摘    要:针对某煤气厂生化处理出水总氰含量不达标的问题,采用次氯酸钠氧化法对生化处理出水进行了深度处理实验。考察了pH值、活性氯浓度、反应时间对废水总氰和化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响,确定该方法的最佳实验条件,并对次氯酸钠氧化法进行了经济性分析。实验证实,次氯酸钠法可实现对总氰的有效去除,使出水总氰浓度低于0.3 mg/L,对工程化实施具有指导意义。

Abstract:The advanced treatment of effluent by sodium hypochlorite oxidization technology is studied due to the reason that the cyanide content of the effluent doesn’t meet the standard. Taking the factors of the removal rate of COD and cyanide affected by pH value, active chlorine concentration and reaction time into account, the paper introduces the optimal experimental conditions. The result shows that by this technology the total cyanide concentration can meet the demand, which is feasible for the implementation of the engineering.
