| 摘 要： | 在山区水资源难以利用的情况下，发展风力气压自控扬水技术，充分利用山泉、汪塘、浅井、河沟里的有限水资源，为效益农业和现代化农业提供强有力的支撑和保障。该技术的推广节约了大量的人力、物力和财力，加快了山区综合开发步伐，改善了山区农业生态环境和生产条件，为全面实现小康社会奠定了坚实基础。

| Abstract: | In the condition of water resources is difficult to use in the mountains, the development of wind pressure control pumping technology, make full use of mountain spring, pond shallow wells and the limited water resources in the county to provide strong support and guarantee for the benefit of agriculture and modem agriculture. The promotion of this technology save a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources, speed up the comprehensive development of mountain area, improved the mountain ecological environment and agricultural production conditions, laid a solid foundation to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way. |
