混杂纤维改善LC30轻骨料混凝土性能试验研究

摘    要:以LC30轻骨料混凝土为试验对象,研究了轻骨料预湿时间对混凝土抗压强度的影响,考虑了将体积率0.75%和1.5%的钢纤维分别与掺量600g/m3和1200g/m3的聚丙烯纤维单掺或混掺对混凝土拌合物工作性能、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、拉压比、静力受压弹性模量的影响。结果表明,轻骨料混凝土3d抗压强度随预湿时间的延长有所降低,28d抗压强度有所增加;除单掺聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗压强度呈现负增强效应外,其余纤维均能有效改善混凝土的力学性能;采用混掺体积率0.75%的钢纤维,600g/m3的聚丙烯纤维,在节省1/2钢纤维的基础上,表现出较好的协同混杂效应,尤以劈裂抗拉强度最为显著。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to study the LC30 lightweight aggregate concrete affected by different pre-wetting time of lightweight aggregate,steel fiber volume fraction of 0.75% and 1.5% combined with polypropylene fiber of 600g/m3 or 1200g/m3 are considered to research influence on slump of concrete mixture,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,tension and compression ratio and modulus of elastic. The results show that three days compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete will decrease with the increase of pre-time,however,28 days compressive strength will increase; except that compressive strength of concrete will show a negative enhancement effect with single polypropylene fiber,other fiber tests can effectively improve the mechanical properties of concrete;there is not only an positive hybrid effect when the steel fiber volume fraction is 0.75% mixed with polypropylene fiber of 600g/m 3,especially on splitting tensile strength,but also save half steel fiber.
