摘    要:根据数理统计中的多元统计理论,用多个传感器对某一特性指标进行检测,将检测数据作为统计对象,提出了一种基于主成分分析的数据融合方法。该方法把各传感器的检测数据作为一个整体,定义总体的各主成分。通过计算测量值与主成分的复相关系数,给出了各传感器的综合支持程度和数据融合公式。实验表明,此方法比均值融合法更准确、有效。

Abstract:On the basis of multivariate statistical theory in mathematical statistics,using multiple sensors to detect one specific index,with the data obtained,we present a statistical fusion arithmetic based on principal component analysis.This method uses data obtained from multiple sensors as an ensemble and defines each principal component.The comprehensive support degree of each sensor and data fusion formulas were given by calculating complex correlation coefficient between data detected and the principal components.It was showed by experiments that the principal component fusion method owned much more accuracy and effectiveness compared to average fusion method.
