| Abstract: | The difference of hot cathode operation mode has great influence on the arc discharge of high current ion source. Based on the analysis of the theory of hot filament with two operation modes and combined with ion source experiments, the paper studies the effects of hot filament operation modes on ion source arc discharge. |
