| Abstract: | Through the discussion on some basic topics,including the connotation of science and technology service,the relationship among standard,technology and patent,standardization during science and technology innovation process,and how to improve the innovation ability of science and technology by the standardization of science and technology service,It is fully demonstrated that the standardization of science and technology service is helpful to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the improvement of innovation ability of science and technology. |
