摘    要:基于AVL excite designer计算软件,建立了某船用柴油机曲轴轴系扭振计算模型。应用该模型优化获得了适合该发动机应用的减振器参数,通过优化参数选取了减振器,经过试验验证,优化参数后选取的减振器符合匹配设计要求。

Abstract:Based on AVL Excite Designer,the simulation model for a marine diesel engine was established.One-dimensional simulation of crankshaft system torsion vibration was carried,and the damper parameters were optimized for this diesel engine.The damper was chose based on the optimized damper parameters,and its performance was verified by test results.
