火力发电厂铜材质使用现状及对策

摘    要:分析了铜及合金在火力发电厂凝汽器、发电机冷却水系统等换热设备的应用前景.指出了铜材质在凝汽器的使用中存在铜管的选材及安装不当、使用管理不到位及停运腐蚀等问题,一旦发生腐蚀、结垢,将造成机组出力减少甚至被迫停机等事故.发电机冷却水系统存在氧、二氧化碳腐蚀和电导率控制困难等问题.提出了合理选材、加强水质控制和处理、做好停运保护等解决办法.对实际运行有较好的指导作用.

Abstract:The application prospect of copper and its alloy in heat exchange equipment of power plants, such as generator condenser and cooling water system, etc. is analysed. It is pointed out that there are some problems in the application of copper materials in condensers, i. e. improper copper pipe selection and installation, improper management,stopping running and corrosion. As soon as corrosion and scaling happen, accidents, such as power reduction or even stop operation ,will take place. corrosion,difficuhies in conductance rate controlling There are problems, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide and harms resulted from improper treatment,in the generator cooling water system. Solutions, such as selecting materials properly, enhancing water quality control and treatment, and preparing protective measures for stop operations, are of guiding importance.
