| 摘 要： | 针对API Spec 5L和GB／T9711．1—1997标准中导向弯曲试验弯模直径的计算值与查表数值存在的差异，对标准中的系列弯模进行分析，指出系列弯模不完全符合我国螺旋焊管生产的实际情况。根据螺旋焊管导向弯曲试验的特点，提出了适合我国情况的系列弯模和弯模选择的一般原则。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out that jig is not all to meet the production practice of spiral welded pipe in China through analyzing the series jigs in the specification and aiming at the difference between calculation value of guided-bend test jig dimensions and numerical value of founding from the table in API Spec 5L and GB/T9711.1-1997. It is put forward a general selection principle of jigs and series jigs met Chinas instance in accordance with the characteristic of guided-bend test of spiral welded pipe. |
