流化床内煤的热破碎实验研究

摘    要:采用小型流化床实验台对霍林河褐煤进行热破碎特性的实验研究。结果表明:一次破碎率(Pf)和破碎比(Nf)随温度变化的趋势大体相同,但在1-3mm粒径范围内,其变化程度有所不同。说明利用一次破碎率和破碎比在描述煤热解破碎特性具有一定的局限性,这有待于进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Thermal fragmentation The tests results show that of fluidized bed lignite is analyzed by using a bench-scaled fluidized bed. fragmentation probability (Pf) and Multiplication factor (Nf) of coal have similar variation with temperature. While in 1-3 mm of particle size range, the two factors perform differently in degree. The results show that only using the two factors is insufficient to describe fragmentation of coal during pyrolysis and further research is needed to be carried out.
