丁基羟基茴香醚的合成

对苯二酚在树脂催化作用下与甲醇反应生成对羟基苯甲醚，产物不经分离即与甲基叔丁基醚反应得到了丁基羟基茴香醚（BHA），实验表明，用甲苯作溶剂可提高对羟基苯甲醚的产率，用甲苯与丁酮的混合溶剂能显提高BHA的选择性。

Synthesis of Tert - Butyl Hydroxy Anisole

p - Hydroxy anisole was synthesized from hydroquinone and methanol in the present of resin catalyst, subsequently, tert - butyl hydroxy anisole (BHA) was synthesized by alkylating above p - hydroxy anisole with methyl tert - butyl ether in the same pot without separation process. The effects of solvents on the yield of p - hy-droxy anisole and tert - butyl hydroxy anisole were also investigated. Using solid acid as catalyst and quinone as promoter, the yield of p - hydroxy lanisole in toluene is higher than that in methanol. The mixed solvent of bu-tanone and toluene can improve the selectivity of BHA greatly.
