非水基凝胶注模成形高氮无镍不锈钢粉末的研究

摘    要:采用自主开发的非水基凝胶注模工艺,对高氮无镍不锈钢粉末进行了凝胶注模成形的研究.单体为甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA);溶剂为1,2-丙二醇;交联剂为二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DEDA);引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰(BPO);催化剂为N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA);分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP).制备出固相含量为60%的悬浮液,经凝胶注模成形与烧结,得到了高氮无镍不锈钢试样,在保持氮含量的基础上,相对密度为92.4%,硬度为80HRB,抗拉强度为390MPa,且能够制备复杂的形状.所开发的非水基凝胶注模体系能够为金属粉末的成形开辟一种新型的方法.
