新型纺丝甬道技术在氨纶生产中的应用

以烟台泰和新材料股份有限公司投资建造的舒适氨纶项目为背景,对其连续聚合工艺中采用的关键设备——纺丝甬道进行技术研究和创新改造。研究了氨纶丝条在甬道中的变化过程,进行了新型甬道的创新改造,分析了甬道的物理结构及加热保温回收系统对纺丝性能指标的影响,制定了甬道加热系统的工艺参数和使用维护方案,以保证甬道能合理满足工艺要求。实践证明:在新型甬道中纺出来的氨纶的力学性能指标达到了国际同类产品领先水平。

Application of New Spinning Chimney in Comfortable Spandex Fiber

Taking Yantai Tayho Advanced Material Co Ltd invested and constructed comfortable spandexfiber project as the background, the technical research and innovative reform on the key equipment--spin- ning chimney used in continuous polymerization process are carried out. The change process of spandexfilament in the spinning chimney is studied, innovative reform of new chimney is made and effect of spin- ning chimney structure and heat recovery system on spinning performance indexes is analyzed. The processparameters of chimney heating system and maintenance plan are worked out to ensure spinning chimney meeting process requirements. The practice has proved that the mechanical properties of spun spandexfiber has reached international level of similar products.
