摘    要:通过对直线式电磁控制阀的结构和工作过程进行分析,建立了怠速控制阀的动态力学模型,并利用仿真分析软件对怠速控制电磁阀在不同工况下的响应进行了特性分析;根据发动机进气模型,进一步研究了电磁阀控制参数与发动机怠速工况下的进气量、发动机转矩以及发动机转速之间的关系。对怠速控制系统的闭环设计,稳定怠速工况转速、优化点火提前角以及确定合理的空燃比等要求提供重要的参考。

Abstract:Linear idle speed electromagnetic valves are the key components that control the engine idle speed condition;its dynamic characteristic is important for idle speed controlling.We first set up the mechanics model of the idle speed valve by analyzing the linear electromagnetic valve′s structure and work process.Then we analyze the response of the electromagnetic valve to different idle speeds by simulation.Based on engine air model,we further study the relation between the electromagnetic valve parameters and the mass air flow rate through the electronic throttle valve,the engine torque,and the engine speed.These results can be used to design the closed loop system of idle speed control,to stabilize idle speed,to optimize the ignition angle and to control the air-fuel ratio.
