上海某地铁盾构隧道进出洞地基加固处理

在盾构隧道施工中,进出洞历来是工程的难点,须确保洞口土体的稳定,保证周围建筑物和施工的安全.通过对上海市某地铁盾构进洞中所遇到的问题和处理措施的研究,说明目前盾构进出洞中普遍存在的问题,并对相应的地基加固措施进行一定的比较和分析,指出了进洞土体为砂土时应注意的问题,以及避免结构施工影响地基加固效果的补救措施,并进一步提出了确保进洞时盾尾处形成闭合环的具体措施,以及采用高压旋喷作为地基加固手段的缺陷.

Ground Reinforcement for Shield Construction of Some Subway Station in Shanghai

This paper aims to clarify the use of ground reinforcement method for shield construction in a subway station in Shanghai.During the construction period,shield launching and arrival are always technical difficulties to ensure the stability of soil body and safety of surrounding buildings.In this regard,this paper uses a study about problems and measures in a subway station project in Shanghai so as to clarify generic problems mentioned above,and then provides a comparison study and further analysis about relevant ground reinforcement measures.The paper also discusses the problems when there is sand soil at the opening and puts forward some remedial measures for ground reinforcement in order to avoid negative influence to structure construction.In addition,this paper also provides specific measures to ensure the closed loop at shield tail and discusses the limitation of high pressure rotary jet used in ground reinforcement.
