| 摘 要： | 提出了一种模拟任意形状的薄层电阻的方法－－电阻网络元模拟算法。将模拟值和计算值进行比较表明，该方法具有精度高和操作简单的优点，从而在ＩＣ的设计中获得广泛的应用。

| Abstract: | A simulating algorithm based on resistor net cell which is a method to simulate sheet resistors with any shapes is presented in this paper.A comparison between simulated values and calculated ones shows that the algorithm has the advantage of high precision and simple operation,so it is widely used in the design of IC. |
