| Abstract: | Based upon simple introduction and analysis on present detailed estimate norm and expense standard of construction engineering the disadvantages of them under the condition of market economy are pointed out. At last the problems that how to apply and realize proper estimate norm and expense standard in future market economic condition are discussed. |
