| 摘 要： | 效能评估是军用通信星座系统研发中的基础性工作,只有建立科学完备的效能评估指标体系,才能使评估更加合理有效。给出了军用通信星座系统效能指标体系建立的原则,分析了军用通信星座系统的主要参数空间和影响军用通信星座系统作战效能的关键因素,建立了军用通信星座系统的综合效能评估指标体系,为军用通信星座系统的综合效能评估奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | During developing a military communication constellation system,effectiveness evaluation is a basic work.Only an effectiveness evaluation index system is established scientifically and completely,the evaluation will be more reasonable and effective.In this article,the principle of effectiveness evaluation index system establishment of military communication constellation systems is given.Then the main parameters space of a military communication constellation system and vital factors which influenced operational effectiveness of a military communication constellation system are analyzed.An integrated effectiveness evaluation index system of military communication constellation systems is established,which lays the foundation for integrated effectiveness evaluation of military communication constellation systems. |
