摘    要:在分析高频电感器线圈涡流损耗构成及起因的基础上,提出通过设计电感器磁压以减小其线圈涡流损耗的研究思路,并据此研究思路,提出一种具有分布磁压的新型高频电感器磁芯结构。新结构通过在开集中气隙的高磁导率磁芯柱与线圈间加入低磁导率磁材料,为电感器的磁压分布构造一辅助磁路,进而使电感器线圈窗口内的磁场分布均匀化,大大减小了线圈涡流损耗。与已有的高频电感器磁芯比较,新结构工艺简单且不增加磁芯损耗。应用电磁场有限元仿真软件对新型分布磁压结构进行了分析与设计,给出了设计指导,并进行了实验验证。

Abstract:Inductor operating at high frequency in several hundreds kHz range of power converter will cause severe winding loss and high temperature rise. Based on analysis of winding loss components, a novel core structure with distributing magneto-motive force (MMF) is proposed for structure of high frequency power inductors, in which low permeability magnetic film is introduced in-between high permeability gapped core leg and windings to build auxiliary magnetic path. In new structure, magnetic field in winding window area is distributed more uniform than that of simple lumped air-gap structure, resulting in reduction of AC winding loss greatly. Comparing with previous core structures, new structure can be constructed very easily with flexible polymer composite. Finite element simulations are performed to analyze and verify winding loss reduction for novel core structure. Design guidelines and experiments results are also given.
