交替极无轴承永磁电机的悬浮力脉动分析

摘    要:Cosequent-Pole无轴承永磁电机的悬浮力与转子转角本质上是无关的,其控制系统因此得以简化,但考虑到谐波因素时,其引起的悬浮力脉动对于系统的悬浮性能产生了不利影响。该文推导了计及谐波的悬浮力统一公式,并以有限元分析对其进行了验证,指出了不同极对数时,产生的悬浮力脉动的情况及原因,并提出了抑制悬浮力脉动的方法,为交替极无轴承永磁电机的设计和优化提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Control system of consequent-pole bearingless PM motor is less complicated than those of other types of bearingless machines,since radial suspension force is independent of rotating angle. However,when harmonics of magnetic field in air-gap are taken into account,the radial suspension force ripple can be observed,which affects suspension performance. In this paper,harmonics of magnetic field in air-gap is taken into account for deduction of the model of a CPB PM motor. And the model is proved by FEA simulation. The radial suspension force ripples with different pole pair configurations are discussed. Causes and methods to eliminate suspension force ripple are analyzed.
